BP#5 sustainable restaurants

   A sustainable restaurant not only benefits human people's health but also protects  our environment. To being sustainable, restaurant should make a lot of  reforming. Liking who want to follow this management should pay more attention on their foods sources, which must be local, organic. A organic food is healthy, but it is expensive, which would add the cost.  For a litter store, adding the cost has an effect on their survive. Hence, there is not every restaurant has the potential to follow this way.  Who want to join this group must know how to well manage their restaurants,their restaurant must have survied ,then they can consider how to make sustainably.
   No matter what, it is a tendency for more restaurants to use more sustainable practices. Because today people advocate a good living quality. They pay more attention on their health. A good living environment and healthy food play an important role on people's health.

  2. This post suggests that the sustainable restaurants should care about the food sources. It states that buying the organic foods is expensive, therefore, it would increase the cost. Increasing the cost of food will also affect the operation. To manage the sustainable restaurants becomes a challenging ability. Anyway, I believe that this society should have the sustainable restaurants. Did you ever go the the sustainable restaurants?
